2. Booking and Payments

• Booking Process: All bookings made through FlyToday.us are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective airline or travel service provider. FlyToday.us acts as an intermediary between you and the service provider.  
• Pricing: Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change until payment is completed and the booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.  
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely, and FlyToday.us does not store your payment information directly.  
• Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket, booking reference, and itinerary details. Please review these details for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.  
• Non-Transferable Tickets: Flight tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the airline’s policy.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Airline Policies: Any changes, cancellations, or refund requests are subject to the fare rules and policies of the airline or travel service provider. Some tickets may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to fees for modifications or cancellations.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to check in or board a flight without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the ticket value, subject to the airline’s policy.  
• Intermediary Role: FlyToday.us is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to airline decisions on changes, cancellations, or refunds.

4. User Responsibilities

• Travel Requirements: You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all travel requirements, including but not limited to visa, passport, health certificates, vaccinations, and entry regulations for your destination(s). FlyToday.us provides general guidance but cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information due to frequent changes in regulations.  
• Accurate Information: Ensure that all passenger names on bookings exactly match the names on government-issued identification or passports. FlyToday.us is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect name entries.  
• Airline Compliance: You must adhere to all airline policies, including check-in deadlines, baggage allowances, and safety or security requirements. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or additional fees, for which FlyToday.us is not liable.  
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

5. Travel Documents

• Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining and presenting valid travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity, visas, and any required health certificates.  
• Consequences of Non-Compliance: FlyToday.us is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect travel documentation. Always verify entry requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government sources prior to travel.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Third Parties: FlyToday.us acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
  • Actions or omissions of third-party providers, such as airlines, airports, or payment processors.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by you during booking.
  • Events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline insolvency.
• Service Availability: FlyToday.us does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services and is not liable for any disruptions caused by technical issues or maintenance.  
• Maximum Liability: To the extent permitted by law, FlyToday.us’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
